We reserve the right to cancel membership when, in the view of Trustees, an applicant does not have the appropriate evidence of registration or meet other eligibility requirements at the time of application.

** A GDC or equivalent Registration reference will be required to demonstrate eligibility, including retired practitioners whose Registration will have expired.
