Submitting your evidence of eligibility
Applications cannot be considered unless supported by the correct evidence, which must be uploaded using our Evidence & Qualifications portal.
Please note the following general principles for the evidence you submit.
- Qualifications should be evidenced with a copy of the award certificate, and it is often helpful to include a copy of the award transcript (which gives details of credit value of individual award components).
- Appointments should be evidenced with a headed letter from the appointing body, confirming that the role was undertaken for the period specified. A letter of appointment, or offer letter, or press article is not accepted evidence that you served in the role for a specified period.
- Published, peer-reviewed articles should be evidenced by uploading copies of the articles themselves (only to the minimum specified requirement). A simple list of publications is not sufficient evidence.
Applying to upgrade from another category of membership
When signed into your online account, you can apply to upgrade at any time, and not pay more until your membership is due for renewal. We will only consider your application if you have registered in this way.
