Feedback on your Candidate from your recent meeting

Consider: did they appear to have a copy of their PDP to hand? Did they engage the discussion in a way that suggested they came prepared with goals for the meeting?

Consider: Did they listen carefully to your questions? Did they seek relevant and helpful clarification of your questions? Did they provide constructive answers to your questions?

Consider: Did they help you to phrase the goals clearly and precisely? Did they challenge you sufficiently? Did they show consideration for your circumstances?
