Thank you for entering the inaugural CGDent and GC Award for Foundation Dentists. Please read our full entry guidance (updated 19 January 2024) and gain consent from your patient and Educational Supervisor before entering the award.
Before starting your entry, register a free account on our website or sign in to your existing account. Please check your junk box if you don’t receive a confirmation email.
To receive your free GC composite kit, complete all fields on both the ‘Personal Details’ and ‘Enter Award’ forms below and attach your initial case photos.
Submitting your final case
When you have prepared your final case, submit it by clicking the ‘Final Submission’ button below. If you experience difficulties submitting the form or you do not receive a confirmation email to your inbox or junk box, please email your final case to [email protected]
We can only accept one award entry per person. If you would like to change your case once you have entered, please email us at [email protected]
Next steps
Once we have checked your case photos to ensure your case is eligible for entry to the award, GC will post your free materials kit to your given practice address (while stocks last). You should receive your pack within 7 days.
You may submit your case at anytime but the final deadline is Friday 5 April 2024.
