Register of Members & Fellows of the College

Our Members & Fellows are committed to excellence in patient care and promoting oral health

About the Register

This Member Register makes a record of Members & Fellows of the College who:

  • are judged to have attained our standards,
  • are committed to maintain those standards, and
  • are in good standing with the College.

The Register includes Fellows, Associate Fellows, Full Members, and Associate Members. Select an entry to see more detail of the member’s standing.

Certified Members are identified with a blue tick

Notes on the Register

Inclusion in this Member Register is not evidence of statutory registration by the General Dental Council (GDC) – who provide the only point of reference for a dental professional’s licence to practise dentistry in the UK – or by any equivalent overseas body.

The Register includes both active and retired practitioners; their inclusion should not be taken as evidence of holding a current licence to practise.

Please note that some members may have chosen to be excluded from this Member Register.

The Register is made available for anyone to confirm that a dental health professional has been admitted to the College. The following post nominal designations denote membership standing: MCGDent (Full Member); AssocFCGDent (Associate Fellow); FCGDent (Fellow).

Member messaging

Members and Fellows can message other members who allow messaging.

You will find the link to message a Member or Fellow on the member’s detail page, if they allow messaging.

Neither correspondent’s email address is revealed.

Recognised qualifications

Not all members choose to put forward their qualifications for recognition. Please note that only those qualifications that meet our requirements are listed.

Honorary Fellows

Honorary Fellows of the College (and of its predecessor, the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK)) are listed separately.

Honorary Fellowship marks a record of past achievement in the service of dentistry, and now is not available to dental professionals themselves, for whom other College awards are made.
